Just get the software onto your device and log in with your usual details. Once you're in, you'll be able to see streaming prices – no need to refresh! – for all our markets plus real-time valuations of your open positions.

And of course you can place new transactions through your mobile as well, with just one click and instant confirmations.

Mobile for PDA

No login details?

You will need an account with IG Index in order to use our Mobile service.

If you do have an account with us, you should be able to log into our Mobile platform right away using your existing Username (or Account No.) and Password; these are the same details that you would use to log into this site. If you don't have these then please contact us on 1800 601 700 or (03) 9860 1700 or helpdesk@igindex.com.au and we will be happy to help.

GPRS

To connect to our Mobile service, you will need to enable GPRS on your device. If you don't have GPRS please call your mobile phone supplier, or alternatively contact us and we will be pleased to help.

BlackBerry phones

In order for the application to run successfully on BlackBerry devices you will need to ensure that the correct settings are configured, as detailed below. Please note that if you are using a corporate BlackBerry you may not have access to these settings. If this is the case please see the Troubleshooting page.

1. Select Settings or Options.
2. Scroll to and select Advanced Options
3. Scroll to and select TCP
4. Scroll to APN: and enter the relevant APN for your network as detailed above.
5. Scroll to Username for APN: and enter the relevant username
6. Scroll to Password for APN: and enter the relevant password.
7. Click the menu option to enter the TCP options menu.
8. Scroll to and select Save
9. Return to the main screen.
