If you have a Mac, we can support G4s and later running OSX. Operating systemPC: Microsoft Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP, NT or ME. Internet browserWindows: Microsoft Internet Explorer v5.0 or later, Netscape v7.1 or later, Mozilla v1.7 or later, Firefox v0.9 or later. Java Virtual Machine (JVM)Our interface requires a version of the JVM to be installed and turned on. This will usually be pre-installed as a standard component of your internet browser. Over time, both Sun and Microsoft have produced versions of the JVM, and the version to use will depend on your internet browser as follows: Internet Explorer: Microsoft VM, version 5.0.0.3802 or greater* *If you want to check this, select View > Java Console from your browser menu. (If this item doesn't appear in the menu, then turn the Java Console on by selecting Tools > Internet Options > Advanced, and then scrolling down to Microsoft VM and ticking the boxes to enable Java Console and Java Logging.) The first line that appears in the Java Console window will list the VM release number. If you have an older version of the Microsoft VM, please install the latest version here. For more details about the JVM please visit our Java Settings page. Any Questions?Freecall 1800 601 700 |
